The Jamón Iberico de Bellota is our gourmet product par excellence. You will recognize it by its black hoof, the thin bones and the stylized form.
It comes from the hind quarters of the purebred Iberian pig, raised in the wild and fed exclusively on acorns and grass. Before arriving at your table, it has been cured by hand and has matured in our cellars for at least 36 months.
When you taste it, its juicy and fragrant flesh melts in your mouth, leaving a taste of delicate aromas and lasting flavours. Its excellent qualities are a real gift for the senses and make this Iberian Acorn fed Ham one of the most appreciated gastronomic delicacies.
